Heat Index Table {short description of image}

To find out what the Heat Index is where you are, round your air temperature and the relative humidity to the nearest 5. Then find each of those on the table and that will tell you what the Heat Index is. If your Heat Index is above 90°, you could be at risk for Heat Stroke.

130° or above Heat Stroke highly likely with continued exposure
105° to 130° Heat Stroke likely with prolonged exposure
90° to 105° Heat Stroke possible with prolonged exposure
